Traci W. Reiser (she, her) MA, MFTC

My clinical approach is grounded in deep listening and a genuine curiosity about the stories that have shaped your life. Together, we will gently begin to untangle the complex web of experiences, relationships, and meanings that influence how you see yourself and others. Drawing from attachment research and narrative therapy, I integrate patient listening, thoughtful challenge, and, even humor. I work with both individuals and relational systems to notice patterns that may feel stuck or stagnant and to explore new ways of understanding and moving forward. Whether we are sitting with the question “Who am I?” or “Who are we?”, our work creates space for subtle but meaningful shifts in identity, connection, and belonging—honoring both your individual story and the relationships that continue to shape your life.

    My Story

My journey to becoming a relational therapist began as an undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion. During that time, I became increasingly aware of how profoundly our overall wellness is shaped by our mental and emotional wellbeing. This understanding led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

As my clinical perspective deepened, I came to appreciate that health and wellbeing are not only individual experiences, but are profoundly influenced by the relationships and systems that shape our lives — our families of origin and chosen families, friendships, workplaces, communities, and the broader social contexts in which we live. With this systemic and relational lens, I was fortunate to join the community at Denver Family Institute to continue my training and begin the path toward licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
